Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your CampaignCadet account and all the data we store on you. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Sign in to CampaignCadet
- Open the workspace menu in the top right
- Go to Settings » Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click Delete my account
- Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and click Confirm deletion
Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will receive an email confirmation. Deletion finishes within 30 days, after which all your data is gone from our systems.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot sign in or prefer to write to us, send an email to support@jlmgsolutions.com with:
- The email address on your CampaignCadet account
- The subject line: "Delete my CampaignCadet data"
- A short note saying you want everything deleted
We will verify the request by replying to the email on file, confirm your identity, then delete the data. The whole process finishes within 30 days of verified request.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, and account profile
- All brand voice profiles, draft captions, hashtag suggestions, and AI-generated content tied to your account
- All uploaded assets (images, videos, files)
- All workspace settings and onboarding answers
- All access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and any other connected platform
- All published-post history records inside CampaignCadet
What we keep
We are legally required to keep some records even after you ask us to delete everything. These are limited and not used for product purposes:
- Payment and invoice records, kept 7 years for tax compliance
- A minimal audit log showing that your deletion request was honored
- Backups that age out on a 30-day rolling schedule
None of this is used to contact you, market to you, or rebuild your account.
What about content already published?
Posts that CampaignCadet already published to your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or YouTube channel stay where they are. They live on those platforms now, under your control. To remove them, sign in to Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube directly and delete them there.
What about your platform access?
Deleting your CampaignCadet account also revokes the access tokens we stored for your connected platforms. You can also remove CampaignCadet directly from inside Facebook or Instagram:
- Facebook: Settings » Business Integrations and click Remove next to CampaignCadet
- Instagram: same path through your linked Facebook account
- YouTube: Google account permissions and click Remove access next to CampaignCadet
