Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CampaignCadet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use CampaignCadet. CampaignCadet is operated by JLMG Solutions.

1. What CampaignCadet is

CampaignCadet is a software service that helps you plan, draft, and publish social media campaigns. The service uses AI to draft content in your brand voice. You review every draft before anything is published to your connected accounts.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use CampaignCadet. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us immediately at support@jlmgsolutions.com.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write, or publish through CampaignCadet. You give us a limited license to store, process, and publish your content for the sole purpose of running the service. We do not use your private content to train AI models.

You promise that:

  • You have the right to publish the content you upload
  • Your content does not violate the law or the policies of platforms you publish to
  • Your content does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CampaignCadet to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Publish content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against anyone
  • Publish content that exploits or endangers minors
  • Misrepresent who you are or what your brand is
  • Get around the rate limits, fees, or access controls of the platforms you connect
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service
  • Resell access to CampaignCadet without our written permission

We can suspend or close any account that violates these rules. We will give you a chance to fix the issue when we can.

5. Your connected platforms

You connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms to CampaignCadet through their official OAuth flows. You agree to also follow those platforms' own terms. If a platform suspends your account or revokes our access, CampaignCadet will stop publishing for that platform until you reconnect.

6. Fees and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. The new price takes effect on your next renewal.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep CampaignCadet running, but we do not promise 100 percent uptime. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond what the law requires us to make.

8. AI-generated content

CampaignCadet uses AI to draft content. AI can make mistakes, including factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it for publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts are accurate, original, or fit for any purpose.

9. Family Brands customers

Family Brands customers get an extra kids-safe review on every draft. The kids-safe review is a best-effort layer designed to catch content that is inappropriate for child-facing brands. It is not a guarantee of safety. You are still responsible for reviewing every approved post before publication.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We can close accounts that violate these terms, that go more than 60 days past due on payment, or that we are required to close by law. On termination, we delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JLMG Solutions and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of CampaignCadet. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using CampaignCadet after the change, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal contact will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
